WOULD EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE:
Closing date for entries is Monday 12th August. Entries will be accepted after this date but will not be included in the catalogue.
Please read the rules in the prize schedule carefully and please note that to avoid blank spaces and waste of staging area it has reluctantly been agreed to introduce a €10 fine for competitors who enter and fail to exhibit. This applies to the decorative section only.
Exhibitor number cards will be distributed in the horticulture area on Saturday 24th August. In the event of classes being cancelled intending exhibitors will be notified before Thursday 22nd August.
All exhibits must be staged between the hours of 2pm and 5pm on Saturday 24th August to facilitate judging. The Horticultural area must be vacated to facilitate judging at 5:30pm sharp and no exhibitor will be allowed back in after that time.
