CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES MONDAY 12H AUGUST – PLEASE NOTE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE BUT WILL NOT BE IN THE CATALOGUE.
All exhibits must be presented to the craft hall on Sat. 24th August between 2pm-5.30pm follow directions to the craft hall, which is adjacent to the parade ring in the owners and trainers bar /jockeys weigh room.
N.B. Entries must be the work of the named entrant.
Exhibits will not be accepted after 5.30pm on Sat 24th as the craft hall will then be closed to prepare for judging.

All cups awarded at the 2023 show must be returned to the Limerick show office before Friday 9th August. Unless Cups and Trophies are returned in the condition in which they were received, the recipient as signed will be liable for the damage (or other costs) incurred by the Show Society in restoring trophies to the condition in which they were presented.
Rules and Regulations
All entries must be made online if possible on the official entry forms at craft@limerickshow.ie. Closing date Monday 12th August for entries to be included in the catalogue.

Late entries will be accepted up to Saturday 24th but is a big help to the organisers and all exhibitors if entries are received prior to August 24th.
Entries cannot be accepted unless accompanied by the correct entry fee.
All entries must be:
A) New.
B) The unaided work of the named competitor
c) Not previously shown at Limerick Show.
Please note all exhibits must be delivered to the Craft Exhibition area of the show between 2pm and 5.30pm on Saturday, 24th August
The Craft/ Baking area will close at 5.30pm to prepare for judging.
All home baking entries must be exhibited on disposable plates/boards.
All Photographs must be mounted and ready to hang.
Classes with one entry may be cancelled.
No prizes will be awarded in any particular class if the standard is not sufficiently high.
In all classes the Judges decisions are final.
Trophies will be presented in the craft area at 2,30pm on Sunday 25th August.
Prize money will be paid after 5pm.
Exhibits can be removed from Exhibition area between 5pm -6pm
N.B. Any exhibits not collected by the 26th August will be donated to charity
CLOSING DATE FOR INCLUSION OF ENTRIES IN THE SHOW CATALOGUE IS MONDAY, 12TH OF AUGUST. ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN AFTER THAT DATE UP TO SATURDAY AUG 24TH BUT WILL NOT BE LISTED IN THE SHOW CATALOGUE. JUDGING WILL COMMENCE AT 5:30PM ON SATURDAY 24TH.
No entries permitted on day of event.
